Hours:

• Appointments are available Monday through Thursday 8:00am-7:00pm, Friday 8:00 am- 6:00pm, and Saturday by special appointment.

Rates:

Rates vary depending on the type of service provided, conctractual provisions with funders, and client income.  On average, my services range in cost from $85 to $180. 

I can discuss costs and payment options with you in more detail during a phone consultation or your initial intake appointment.

Insurance:

I participate with most major insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Priority Health, and Medicare.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
